Highly recommended. Phoned Alpha Drain and was given an appointment the next day with a time. Ewan arrived promptly, assessed the situation, fixed the problem and did a clean and tidy job. He also went beyond and contacted Watercare for us.

Excellent service at a reasonable price. Richard came as soon as he could and quickly accessed the issue and found the best way to clear the blockage caused by tree roots. He even talked me through the procedure as he did it. Once it was fixed, he gave us a video recording of the problem with specific locations to make it easier for any follow up work be done. And this was done in a break in weather during the recent Auckland flooding!

Had a blocked gully trap. I got a few quotes and went with Alpha. What can I say,. I was pleasantly surprised! Prompt and professional service. Really took time to explain what was required and kept me informed on arrival time. Came earlier much to my relief. We had Dave coming on June 13 morning to unblock our drain. At first, we were puzzled by the source of the water leakage, thus not knowing the whereabout of the blockage. But Dave, showed his expertise and wisdom from his long time professional service, cracked the problem right at the roots. His work attitude and friendliness earned my respect and commendation.
