Nice staff good kitchens

I have a Williams Corp unit where Hagley Kitchens built the kitchen. Recently had an issue with the garbage draw not closing. They quickly came around and fixed the unit. The staff were friendly and understanding. Another great experience from WC and their suppliers proving excellent support.

Hagleys originally installed our whole kitchen nearly 7 years ago. The quality is outstanding! Due to a recent mishap, one of our doors was chipped and needed replacing. There was a mixup with our order, but the installer (Ben) went above and beyond to correct the mixup. He added soft close hinges to all our kitchen doors with no added cost and made adjustments to the remaining cupboards to ensure they all line up perfectly. My husband and I were so impressed with his technical skills and his outstanding customer service skills!! We are still loving our kitchen. Thank you!!

The one star that I can't get rid of is totally for the awesome lady in the showroom who was super helpful. But apart from that they took forever to even come back and finish their work with no communication of why, and when they did they left sawdust through our whole garage of things still to be unpacked, left blood on the kitchen floor, and ignored instructions to call me with any issues and instead drilled through our desk to put cables through (and not even tidily) which I specifically did not want touched. Have complained both through our building company and directly to Hagley and haven't even had any response at all let alone an apology.

Apart from instructions to ' sign in, sanitize your hands and try not to touch anything ' I was ignored completely - no hello or goodbye or can I help you. I was wanting to book in to have a kitchen designed for my new home but needless to say I went elsewhere.

The most disorganised and unprofessional joinery shop. Has taken more than 3 weeks to install a kitchen, project manager is a joke, even the manager cant answer his phone or call you back and front up to small issues. Design crew are excellent but it all falls over once it hits the shop floor...be warned!!

I have had the kitchen in both my own home and holiday house designed and installed by Hagley Kitchens. Both went off without a hitch and I absolutely love the result! Highly recommend and will happily use them for any other joinery needs I have in the future.
