Hey I want to give a great shout out to the team at Vapo Ham east an a even bigger shout out to the manager Max as for his customer service as I have done regular shopping here for all my vape gear since moving back to Hamilton an the knowledge an the care he has taken to help me out in so many ways has been awesome an there hasn’t been nothing he hasn’t been able to assist with so if u r wanting knowledge on what u r looking for on a mod pen or mech products I recommend to u the team out at Ham east so to much U will never loose a customer with me so keep it up an I alway look forward to shopping at ur store for all my vape gear

Bad customer service and Indian lady was not very helpful. They won’t even let you test any flavours before you buy it unlike every other shop. They assumed I was on drugs because I was asking a lot of questions regarding flavours. Very unprofessional. Avoid this place and go somewhere else.Edit: Wrong store it was the Vapo store by Centreplace

Just wow! really good layout of the store, inviting and the customer service is on point!! really do recommend these guys!! they set me up with a new kit and even went that one step further and actually sat down with me and went over the device to make sure i understood how it works.

Their almost non-existent customer service is appalling.They also make claims of purchasing options that do not exist, I'm assuming to lure customers in to making a purchase, amd do you not you until it is too late and the purchase has gone through. Taking your money and leaving you high and dry.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND VAPO TO ANYONE. ESPECIALLY ANYONE WANTING TO MAKE HASSLE FREE PURCHASES ONLINE.Would give zero stars if I could!
