Amazing 2ed visit 2ed person 2ed time very happy with the results.my nails look amazing. The staff are friendly and try their best to chat with you. The shop is clean and tidy and hygiene standards are the best I've seen. Had a bit of a Wait time (was there busy time ) but was informed about this and was updated/informed regularly, and it was well worth the wait. The shape was spot on and consistent and nails are thin smooth

The ladies are always speaking in their language. Not hygienic, the girl doing my nails was rushing she used a crusty brush to dust off all the filed nail bits. Also the workers just standing around and watching like go wipe the dusty tables and sterilise the equipments. My nails look good tho but service could be better.

I had a terrible experience and I'm not surprised by the 1 star rating. How are you honestly still operating???I have a message for the owner if they even care.-your staff are getting paid to sit in the masage chairs and look at their phones and missing the store phone when it rings.-your staff are on phones and sitting down when they SHOULD be cleaning the filth.-your staff are still answering texts and phone calls WHILE sitting in front of and working on clients, laughing and carrying on like the client isn't even there.-your store has more dust than an abandoned museum.-you should not over book or take payment prior to completion of the job.You need to actually manage the store otherwise you are paying your staff to doing nothing, causing clients to never return and giving your brand a terrible name. You won't be able to financially last with this business going the way it is.

Terrible. Do not go here for anything nails. My 8 year old could do better with the paint job and the gel, acrylic top manicure is wonky. When I tried to express this I was repeatedly met with ‘it’s beautiful, it’s within the lines, you will be fine’ $150 and 2 hours later, utter disappointment and a total waste of time!

Worst nail salon I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. Incredibly rude staff who made no attempt to hide the fact they were complaining about removing the remnants of a well applied gel manicure from elsewhere, burnt my skin with their removal product which just seemed like a big dose of regular nail polish remover, hurt my fingers so much scraping it off that I had to pull away from them in pain and completely destroyed my nails. The girl in the seat next to me paid for a manicure then when she asked why they hadn't applied the colour she paid for they claimed it wasn't included and made her pay more money before they would continue.

Please and I mean please do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE, this is the worst nail salon I have ever been to, as soon as you get into shops they make you sit down for ages and when someone finally comes they are as rude and demanding as can be. The man who did my nail was pulling and turning my fingers in ways it should not be, they are so rough and rude, I got one acrylic nail fixed, my previous nails I got done at Newmarket and love them, but my thumb nail broke so I went to Sylvia Park to get up fixed. The man demanded that the shape of my nail was coffin as he was cutting the sides of the nail he had just put on but was actually square, he used a complete different gel nail polish to what I had on my other nails without even asking me, and the whole nail is a complete different shape. when it comes to paying I tried to get some money off as it was not what I had wanted but the man said originally it was $15 when the price he told me at the start was $10. This nail shop only cares about money and a total scam please don’t go here.

I went in for simple gel removal and left with wrecked nails. The person doing the job clearly had no idea what she was doing and the ?manager ?owner came over and rudely showed her just for her to continue to do it wrong. She used the wrong tools and the wrong files at the wrong times leaving my nails ruined and still with gel on them. The staff were rude, I was treated like an inconvenience and they shouted at each other in their language across the room constantly. It’s no wonder they make you prepay. I’ll never go back and I recommend you avoid going here too. Plenty of other nail places nearby.

I got my Manicure and Pedicure done at their Sylvia park store today.Huong was the best, she did an awesome job. no rushing at all. made sure that everything is perfect.

First time, won’t be going back. While the nails were ok, the staff were not very friendly and spoke in their language the whole time, loudly. So loudly I could not have a conversation with my niece. Also paid for full manicure for her, explained it was her first manicure, and they skipped the hand massage completely. Not great customer service at all. Manicures meant to be relaxing but definitely not with staff shouting at each other and conversing across the shop the whole time.
