I've been going to Herbal Dispensary for a number of years.Vanessa and her team are always welcoming and helpful whenever I'm in the store browsing at products, have questions or looking for advice. It's great to leave the store not only feeling relaxed, but happy with having made the decision to enter. Thank you for your excellent service.

Love this place! Full of healing goodies and beautifully set up. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Took my teen daughter in and She loved the dispensary too. Its a gem of a business and we so lucky to have it here in Chch.

We have loved the Herbal Dispensary over the years, weve been going since Kilmore Street days. My 2 children have taken herbal remedies since they were just babies and they often fight over them. The ladies there are always so helpful and the kids have stayed so healthy with the incredible concoctions they have come up with. THANK YOU we have ordered online during L3 however we will be back in store soon. Looking forward to it :)

Wow what an amazing place, this is where you need to go for all your natural health needs. The staff here are so very helpful, they listen and advise and are very friendly. The product range is extensive and they all know their products well. They are extremely professional and their knowledge is vast, I won't go anywhere else. I love going in there because I always come out with exactly what I need at the lowest possible cost and they even give me loyalty points. Thank you all, but especially Sue who looks after me, listens and is always pleased to see me.I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience at The Herbal Dispensary and I have been going there for years!!

Always a great experience visiting the ladies at Herbal Dispensary. Patricia is lovely to talk to, very knowledgeable and compassionate. The herbal medicines are a great alternative and I live by the herbal tonics I take and the advise the team give me. Always a pleasure to visit. Plus they have great selection of body/skin care products :)

The staff are brilliant with their advice, even through the Lockdown, and they set up a contactless way to pick up the remedies promptly. I never feel that I am being given the expensive option but only what might assist me. If they have not got an item they seem to do their best to locate it and keep you in the loop. Highly recommend them.

Always so caring and make you feel special. Interested in you.Phone orders always actioned asap and carefully wrapped so never had a breakage.Best health place I've been too.
