I needed a new phone and the staff were amazing helping me choose the best one for me. Then moving all my stuff over from old phone and allowing me to stay and check everything was okay to go.

Vodafone - House was sold @ auction, we go in to get the previous Vodafone fibre connection removed. Previous owner sold their house, we are unable to remove their connection because we are not them. Despite the fact they moved their connection to their new address, previous fibre connection still active and the chick (?) wasn't going to help. Had to go above her & talk to multiple people, hear them say you can't have 2 fibre @ 1 address... Glad their gone :)

Could not have been looked after better so knowledgeable the staff great new toys instore

Went in to start an account as well as change my mobile provider.Young Indian fellow there, can't remember his name but he did well. Good service, helpful, polite and generally attentive.I have no complaints about the place.

I have had no problems with Vodafone as a provider but staff at the Invercargill branch had less knowledge than I do so you had better do your homework on the internet first to make sure that the advice you get is correct.

Good reception tried to see why our cell phone signal was poor

Monday afternoon around 2pm my husband and I came in to enquire about a new phone which I'm interested in purchasing. I'd came with other companies information in hand so I could see who would give me the best deal & what offers could be available. The man who 'helped' us was extremely rude and seemed as if he wanted to be anywhere else but there. The shop was empty and we made sure of this as my husband has a disability which means he uses walking aids and he pushed past my hansband without any thought of knocking him over. He then spent than 2 minutes with us, didn't explain any of the plans, didn't give any information on the phone (as the others had). The lack of service was shocking and I definitely won't be coming back. A real shame as my whole family was on Vodafone and now we're switching to 2 degrees as this actually took me back at how terrible the whole experience was. *note, the gentleman had a shaven head, looked to be in his mid 30s early 40s.
