Yesterday I rang Tile Rite Picton on behalf of my elderly parents to solve a problem that was causing a great deal of stress. Fiona was polite, helpful and professional. After being told by other tilers that the waiting list spread to months not weeks, Fiona gave me Paul's number. Within 10 mins he had contacted my parents within 30 mins he was onsite and within an hour he had assessed what was needed, booked in the work, given them peace of mind and a hug for goodness sake!! Great work -would not hesitate to recommend
