Small member owned bank, so much easier to deal with than big corporate banks. I had an account open in 30 mins from walk in, no appointment needed.

Waited in the phone for 15 minutes only to be told that I would need to call into the bank. Asked if I needed an appointment and was was assured that I could just walk in. Drove 20 minutes ro the bank, dealing with traffic and parking only to be told that I would need an appointment. Will not be returning.
