As a first time customer, I was prepared for a next level of service. Sadly I was disappointed. First, I had to return the next day because you forgot to reset the service needed message. If that was all that happened, it wouldn't have been the end of the world. But no. Next you failed to send me a quote for the brake work needed as promised , so I got that done elsewhere. To top it off, you showed your indifference by ignoring my email sent 2 weeks ago. Experience amazing' your invoice said... average at best"

I book a service today, but the website did not say whether there is a Loan car. When I tried to call to confirm, I found that their phone was always unanswered. I called from 9:00 to 12:00, and also left a message during the period. , but didn't get a reply, I'm early for them! Do I have to book on site?
