Bernadette’s Movenpick

Just spent $60+ on 2x ice creams and 4x shakes , the cookies and cream shakes were very watery and no taste, very disappointed, how ever the 2x ice cream was very yummy . But Al together was a bit of a let down, recommended changing your shake recipes or making them correctly

Movenpick has some amazing flavours of ice cream and is definitely one of my favourite places to get it. This time I got Vanilla Brownie and Maple Walnut. A really good combo. I don't know how you can only get one scoop here. It's pricey, but definitely worth it!

The place is nice and service is fine, however the owner is very stingy with the ice cream and serve small scoops. This was consistent over a few visits so it is no accident.Note that when I say small it means smaller than any other Movenpick in Auckland.

Went to buy some icecream Wednesday 20th February. The person behind the counter didn't speak a word of English, he was filthy and basically kicked us out the shop. This was at 3.30pm. We'll never ever go back again. Absolutely disgusted

Little cafe located inside the Movenpick on Lunn ave. The counter for Bernadette's is beside the Movenpick ones, just look out for the menus above.There is a fair selection of food but most of them are quite light and mostly breakfast fare. They didn't have the longanisa so went with the spaghetti and meatballs. Also tried the crispy onion and chorizo.Actually got fettuccine instead of spaghetti. Sauce and meatball were nice. The chorizo was just deep fried and wasn't very spicy. Onions were nice and crispy.Service was good and the food was alright. It was nice that you could order Movenpick stuff too if you wanted like coffee.

According to Google I visited here 3 days ago and yet I have absolutely no recollection of the visit. Must have been pretty good then.

Honestly stop selling old and stale ice cream. Tried vanilla today and I could taste the stale parts of the ice cream. You should taste them everyday to make sure they are not stale. Otherwise, you guys are ok.

I am a regular customer here since I live nearby. I have been coming to this place for a long time and today I went in and bought a double scoop ice cream. The ice cream must not have been secured to the cone because as I was walking out, it all dropped to the floor. The Asian girl then asked me what happened and went to tell an older lady I assume to be her manager who did not offer me another icecream. I am an ice cream lover and I ONLY eat Movempickband just one flavour for they do it best. In all my 5 years of eating I have never had it drop on me, the lady would not offer another and instead offered a discount even though I hadn’t eaten or even touched the spoon( this happened about 20seconds after sale). As a regular customer and someone who has worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years I was very disappointed with the way she handled it, quoting that they are here to make money (which to me translates to we don’t care). Needless to say I will NOT be returning there ever again, I would rather make the long drive to another franchise than come back there

Nice and rich ice-cream in a hot hot day.

Icecream is awesome. Hot food yummy and the facilities are immaculate. The only criticism i can make is that Bernadette who owns the business wouldn't say yes when i asked her out on a date
