Thank you for allowing us to Adopt our beautiful Kayla (Makayla). She is absolutely beautiful and loved by everyone she has met. The adoption process was thorough but we kept excellent communication during every step of the way. Thank you for letting us have Kayla as our new best friend in our home.

I got my woundful amazing little fur babie my cat from here 20 years ago. She has been with me the whole 20 years she was my angel. I have disabilities and i have to stay at home every day and she was with me all day. She sadly got put to sleep last week but i wonted to thank all the lovly people that gave me my wounderful little babie she made my world the best ever and she was a one in a million.

My experience was good in general. The adoption process is a bit of a bureaucratical excercise. Did not follow through as I couldn't find my cat". Nevertheless I got to meet a couple of awesome cats

Twice accepted my collared cat from a crazy stranger who uplifted her and took her to the SPCA. The cat in question is 16 and in relatively good health for her age. This is undue stress and a breach of the animal welfare act, specifically depriving a domestic animal of their usual care. Unacceptable.

I don't get it. I registered to adopt a kitten on line, unyet I can't book a time to see it and make sure it's the right fit.I have to ring on the day at 0830 to see if it's available, but each time someone answers I get told there are no appointments free.Surely if you registered to adopt on line you can organise/schedule a time in advance.
