Wonderful place to go and see very family friendly. You can hire the Marae out for as long as you want. It's only a half an hour from town and a few minutes down the road is the river and the beach. Very beautiful scenery.

So emotional to see Rongomaiwahine's outer walls being re-done by Peter Maulder and his workers. Such a good job done. They will then shift inside to do the inner walls. Thanks also to all the locals and those that travelled from near and far to help. This very much appreciated.
