North Beach Albany

Took my son in here Saturday, had the girl Tara serve us she was awesome best customer service by far. Store was busy as yet she sorted us out in no time ran round and grabbed hollies for my son and shoes. 100% top service

Wow, shocking. The whole management seems to be run by unprofessional people. The casuals are not allowed to put through sales, so all they do is wonder around like animals getting bossed around by the managers. They dont seem to dignify their casual contracted employees.A girl who helped me with purchases had to climb up the ladder many times, id say more than 8 times within the span of my trip there, to see her get mistreated by the managers in plain sight really bothers me as a regular customer. She was sweating and seemed so tired and overworked. These casual workers have more stress than full timers. They study and on their break days they come work to get mistreated by the full timers. They are vulnerable people!North Beach, you should take care of the part time and casuals, make sure they dont get picked on by the full-timers and managers.I witnessed a short haired manager literally talk so rudely to what i presume is a part timer who wasnt allowed to put my transaction through because, “youre a temporary”, and saying infront of my face, “ok go put this away” pretty much throwing a unit of clothing in her face.Everyone should be treated the same and the fact the management flaws were expressed in volumes to my trip at the Albany brach really shows how low some of these managers are picking on these students and seemingly taking advantage of them.

Always a Great shopping experience at North Beach the service is 10/10 & the range of clothing & footware is fantastic.thankyou to Sophie for your wonderful service.regards Dave.

10/10 Shop in the NorthshoreFemale downstairs:Walked with my partner in at the female section was greeted and asked how i was doing by a staff member. She soon came up and checked if i needed any help. She helped me and my partner with the bags and the tshirts for me. she was an amazing staff.helped me pick out good dreese's and bags.I soon asked if you guys did tips. i was looking fowards to be tipping the girl that helped me today with the red jacket. She was super nice to us and helped us with everything and told us her recommendations with everything.I was glad to enter in the shop to find everything that was needed.Male upstairs:After being downstairs for a bit i met with my partner upstairs.The staff up stairs was really nice and helped me get everything, the girl with the braids really helped my partner with the shirts and the sizing, she did an amazing job to find the items quickly and effectively. She also helped with the sizes of the crocs and the vans she was quickly to find the right size for me.It was quick and easy and she helped my partner check out the items and she folded them in the bag for us. you guys really need tipping box's.i was really glad to come and have a chance to visit this store. i will be back soon with more purchases.10/10 staff

This store really does have the best staff and when they have sales on you truly get the best bargains surprisingly for the brands. I've been very stoked with the attitude of the staff and the prices of their vans. They've got the best mens pants and shorts I've found too. Definitely worth going out to the store and checking out their gear. And keep an eye out for the sales cause they truly are worth it.

Staff were unbelievably rude! two of the ladies working there were so unnecessarily rude to both me and my friend. we were shocked. we still don't know what we did to deserve being snarked at. we know you're busy, but you just don't need to be rude. Good luck to the owners, but they need better staff training.

Horrible customer service. This one girl with half white and brown/black hair openly laughed to another male coworker about my friend who was trying on a simple hoodie. Little to no respect for customers. Very disappointed in my experience today at Albany. Going to stick with silverdale from now on as staff aren’t rude.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I received excellent customer service from every member of staff. From their phone manner to in store assistance, the level of professionalism and genuine care from your team is unmatched. The stand out star was the lovely Grace who was so helpful and kind. I hope your boss gives you all an amazing Xmas party this year cause you all deserve it!!

Large variety of stock with separate spaces for guys and girls. Feels like a boutique with expensive prices to match however end of season/last stock sales were good. I encouraged the staff member to make more bikini suggestions for my teen (who was dressing) as i had no idea about popular wear. She didn’t seem too enthused to help which was a shame because I really wanted to buy a few sets so we spent our money elsewhere. I get that it’s probably been long day but still hours to closing. Wouldn’t be my first store on the list.
