Highly recommend getting a second quote if you are getting your carpet stretched. $800 for less than 3hrs work is excessive

Ray and Erinna were amazing to work with. They were so helpful and friendly, and their knowledge and service was incredible. Erinna, Ray and the team at Flooring Design were a pleasure to work with, right from the initial contact at the showroom through to the flooring install. Their knowledge of product was invaluable. Excellent work on the laying of the vinyl planks in my kitchen, with sound advice on care for the floor while the glue was setting.I've had many positive comments from friends who have seen the completed job. I would definitely recommend Flooring Design.

We had a date at which the install had to be complete and just when the install was mean to start the layer fractured his shoulder but never fear the owner put on his laying tools and got the job prepared even though we could see that he was unwell. He even did not leave the till well after 5pm until the prep work was complete. In the mean time he had arranged at short notice for another excellent team to come in and do the job. The job was fairly large and they also spent a lot of over time here to get it finished on time always starting at 7am and working till 8pm some nights.They got the job complete and it looks great!!!
