We used Pacific Tourways coaches for a group booking. Not only were they extremely professional in all dealings prior to our arrival, the coaches were excellent and the 3 drivers we had were friendly and professional and gave us a great commentary as we went. A special mentioned is deserved for Scotty our drivers for the first three days. He was just excellent,

A coach driver for the Queenstown branch of this Company was both aggressive and abusive in Wanaka NZ - which was completely unwarranted. I would not want someone with that mentality driving a bus with me as a passenger. Complaint was made direct to the Auckland branch and they tried to say it was Pacific in Christchurch (which is a different Company)

I wanted to hire a coach so sent email and called both got no reply and no answer. Customer service is not exist. With this current pandemic I do not think this fleet can survive.

Rude driver today, picking a bone with another tour operator who had legally parked - poor show from a coach & driver that shouldn't have been trying to park where it was at all at the Muriwai Road lookout
