Lovely clean place to visit. Lots of space. Plenty of machines in different sizes. Easy to use payment with eftpos. Better than having to preload a card like other places. Cheaper than where I’m from. Will definitely use this place again.

Very nice laundromat in the city. The machines are state of the art! If I could add a comment, I wish there was an wheelie baskets between washing machine and dryer. Will come back again!

Excellent machines, great folding tables. Bright and spacious. Lots of parking outside and dual access.Pricing is reasonable too. Most places I have been charge around $8 for a wash so the $7 medium wash is quite competitive.

So travelling in nz went to do laundry, no where to purchase detergent so went to park and save across the Rd. Put laundry liquid and clothes in the machine went to is the eftpos terminal, every card I had came up with the error wrong card message, so no visa no MasterCard no American Express . No option to pay cash we had coin . So a waste of time and laundry powder . How do international travellers do laundry . Not even a phone number to call.I guess it works fine if you have a nz debit card ??Not fit for purpose

What a horrible experience... I'm here for work & chose this laundromat because it looked like the best option AND 24hrs is great... every single place of business takes tap EXCEPT HERE.... which should be posted somewhere... so I load my machines & go to pay (should've paid attention) and BAM! I can't pay... it was an empty place so I had to wait for a passerby to come in and be a good Samaritan & pay for my washing... I told him I'd be good for the dryer because there's 1 machine that looks like it takes tap! BOY WAS I WRONG! That machine DOES NOT take tap.... So I devised a plan... get an uber here (was like 9pm) have them pay for it & cashapp them... 2didnt have (of course i had to pay cancelation fees). so i asked my colleague to come with a card, but after he tried 3 different cards, I asked the uber driver, that brought my colleague, if he could pay for it and I would tip him the amount... THANK GOD he said yes... it worked immediately... NZ ONLY cards should ALSO be posted somewhere..... THAT'S NOT THE END THOUGH!The dryer on high, pretty much dried most of my light clothes in less than 20min... FANTASTIC! but as I took the dry things out &left some things that needed more time in, the machine timed out & took 42min with it... but it timed out because as I went to put my clothes on the 1st table, clearly something was spilled on it... so I went to the far table.. cool... went to fold my 1st shirt.. THERE'S AN ANT ON IT!!!! There were ants on the table... SERIOUSLY?!?!!?!? I just spent waaay more money than I intended but, worse took up my time, & my colleagues time...DO BETTER

Great location and new machines! Easiest laundromat experience of my life never felt so compelled to review a laundromat before. Will be recommending to all my friends in Christchurch.

We found a laundry with Pay wave!! Our international credit cards were not working at many gas stations and laundrymats! The owner, Sarah, happened to be here and was so helpful! The laundry was new, and she had just installed Pay Wave for travelers like us! Thank you Sarah!!

We haven't been to many laundromat since first arriving in New Zealand, but this one is special to our family. Since we mostly take our kids to do laundry, especially to educate them, this laundromat is considered to be relatively family friendly. First of all, the parking is spacious and safe without busy traffic passing by. Secondly, the indoor area is clean and it provides enough seating for the entire family. Kids can enjoy their time while wainting for the laundry to be completed.The washers and dryers are new and easy to operate, with ability to accept payment using debit and credit cards. Some other laundromats only accept member cards. The charge here is also surprisingly cheap, starting at $1 for drying. I hope they can also provide a vending machine for snacks and drinks :)

It's very frustrating when you load up.the machines, go to pay and the card terminals don't accept your card. Tried 2 different machines and 5 different cards noneworked, called the emergency number ...No one respondedRead another review . Apparently Machines don't accept non NZ cards. There's no sign posted . Don't waste your time or powder if you dont have one.Please put up the sign you said you would put up so people aren't annoyed and disappointed.
