Emailed to ask if they had a spare part for my washing machine. Emailed back “no we don’t” with no explanation. Emailed back to ask if they knew where I might be able to get one. No reply. Very unhelpful and shot.

First time using this Company and was very impressed. We had an issue with our washing machine. Was told someone could be out the next morning 9am and sure enough next day Deane turned up 20mins early (which is unheard from Tradies they are usually late). He's just the nicest guy - was very friendly, chatty, knowledgeable and knew straight away what was wrong and gave us an idea on cost to fix which was reasonable. He took our machine away and bought it back next day as promised and charged us what he quoted so there were no hidden surprises there. We will definitely use their services again if we needed anything else fixed. Thanks Deane :)
