Came here for brunch- lunch. They have lots of seating options. Items in the cabinet and in the menu. A win was the sparkling and still water on tap! Love that! Lovely service. Dad had the big breakfast and I went for a salad can't remember it now but it was yummy! Would go back!

Trouble with this place, everything is top notch and so it's usually quite busy. If you are a tradie, it is best to pre order otherwise the wait can be agonisingly long! The staff here are lovely and the carbonated water is a bonus!

Arrived to find my booking not even communicated even though i booked few weeks ago and had confirmation email from a Rebecca .Even though staff found us a table and service and food was great found to be very poor to not have record of my booking

Rebecca was amazing! Excellent customer service by her, fully attentive to everyone's needs. The smashed avocado meal wasn't worth $22. The coffee was great! The fire was cranking, lovely atmosphere for a busy Mother's Day ❤️

Have been coming to this cafe for along time, Food is usually good, great coffee. However the prices are now ridiculously high, 14 50 for a filled roll, and 6.50 for a scone.....over the top.

Nice place, 1st time visit. Quite busy, which has to show the place is a go to for coffee and stuff.The sausage roll might have been 14 bucks, but it was delicious and good sized portion.

This place use to be the highlight of Ferrymead Brunch, but it’s sunk into the estuary.The staff are friendly but too busy to provide good service. Food has gone down hill and in all honestly only the home made hash brown was decent.

We had an absolutely delicious Sunday lunch at ten27 over the weekend with my Grandmother!My fish and chips were cooked beautifully with a big portion yet not too heavy, my partner had a tarragon chicken burger which was huuuuuge served with chips, and my Nana had a half serving of eggs bene with bacon.The service was super fast and they also have a great selection of cabinet food for something a bit smaller! The best bit? 25% off with my Entertainment Book of course! ❤️

This is the best cafe in chch in my opinion. Very warm friendly staff. Extremely welcoming for remote laptop workers with Power outlets and free wifi. Fab coffee and a vibrant busy atmosphere. My absolute favourite in chch.

I feel happy after having lunch here, fantastic food, my style. This is a convenient location, with parking in the back. It is quite busy many customers here, the decor and space are comfortable. They have seats outside and inside. They gave us free mineral water a plus point, Cleaned toilet more points.I will be back.
