Got a new home anniversary greeting card from the team. They also asked us if everything has been going well a year after handover. The build and finish quality are exceptional and the team have guided us every step of the way. We already made wonderful memories in our new home and will continue to create more. Grateful to the Jennian Homes Manawatu team! We love our new home.

Jennian built our second house build here in Palmy. The two main builders BJ & Aaron did a excellent job and BJ has gone the extra mile to ensure defects were fixed promptly. Even though the house documents were all signed and ready to go back in October 2019 and COVID got in the way, the JM Team have done their best to get back on track and get the house done.We don't have any negatives, just feedback, which would be: anything talked about on site, notes need to be taken so things aren't forgotten about, as Laser Electrical didn't take note of the Spec SMW and missed a vital part of our garage set up which we now have to pay extra for and any office staff that leave Jennian (who was a huge part of the design and build process at the start) needs to be given a decent hand over to the next person of what's been talked about previously.EDIT: After being in the house coming up 3 years, defects are still outstanding with the hot water cupboard which Heatrite tried to sort over one whole year of chasing. STILL we are living unhappy with loud bangs at 11:30pm at night next to the master bedroom and when the water is run. Piece of advice if you build with Jennian or any other Palmy Home Builders, do not use Laser Electrical or Heatrite. Also after a year of living in the house the Electrical fittings are all playing up and the wallpaper and plastering was a shoddy job, same with lumps and bumps all over the walls in most rooms and lumps under the carpet in most rooms.It's a shame most of these were noticed outside the defect period.Would we build with Jennian again? probably not with the subcontractors they used. Jennian staff themselves were lovely and tried their best to get issues resolved quickly.

We used Jennian Homes in Manawatu to build our home from scratch. It was a wonderful experience and fun to work with Jennian Homes staff.They handled the project in a professional manner, great communication channel, with online project site updates, and detailed information of various options for us to choose from. The house was well built completed on time & within agreed budget, high quality in workmanship. Later they came back to check if there were any issues to fix. Just few normal paint cracks touch ups.We would recommend for others to enjoy their service.Thanks

Terrible communication. Overall house is nice but lots of mistakes, specification sheet not followed. Plumbing was bad, two leaks, a month has passed plumber still hasn’t been back to fix. No urgency from company to put things right. In hindsight we should have gone to another company.

Clearly a cut above the rest. Building with Jennian is the easiest thing we have ever done and this isn’t by chance. Its hard to pinpoint what specifically Jennian do that make them the best, for me its all about the people. From the first meeting with the new home consultant it was clear that communication was a priority, to the colour consultant who helped us in creating our dream home with perfect colour selection that further enhanced our dream home, the builders who literally nailed their part and built the amazing home, to the project manager who kept us in the loop every step of the way… and last but not least its clear that every sub-contractor is carefully selected as an expert in there own area. Every single person who worked on our home helped bring our dream to life. We can not speak highly enough of every single person from Jennian. Build with them you will never regret it.

Jennians built our first home/forever home and we absolutely love it. Would do it all again in a heartbeat, only delays were Covid related so out of their control.The team were so kind when I told them I had gotten a puppy they even bought us a puppy toy for her. Would 100% recommend them if you are looking at building.
