Washing machine stopped working, called Aotea the serviceman arrived a couple of hours later, told us what was the problem, ordered the parts. 2days later parts arrived and they fixed it. Great service and they kept us up to date.

Aotea Electric Cromwell are amazing people. They are friendly, helpful and ready to help. We had two small issues to resolve. One was sorted the day I phoned, the other has been assessed and will be sorted as soon as the part arrives. That is SERVICE and done with a SMILE.
