Accidentally ordered the wrong coloured Quadlock Mag Ring, emailed to see if I could change it, and had both prompt and amazing service from Dee, changed it over to the colour I wanted no hassles at all. So far so good. Bike cover arrived quickly and it looks stronger and smarter than what I had before. It's also bigger so fewer tight spots which weaken covers and create holes. My previous cover was one third the price but disintegrated in UV and was thrashed by the Wellington wind. So now time will tell whether this is the solution!
