Very slack service - delay of packages due to some offload and some urgent which they dont worry about our priority ... Their phone keeps on ringing and hard to get hold of them. Not recommended

Medical machine that had to be shipped next day emergency service. Rang and spoke to staff as cutoff time has already passed but team went out of their way to make sure this parcel made it in time for next morning flight. Thank you for the effort and wonderful service.

These are the nicest, most helpful people. I have sent stuff through them a number of times now, and I'd say there's no better, cheaper way to get stuff up to Tonga.

You failed to contact me that my cargo has already been cleared and sitting in your warehouse. You closed before 5pm or whatever your office hours suppose to be....i've called to confirm your closing time and your phone operator said 5pm! I arrived here at 3:15pm and still waiting but no one to be seen. You don't pick up your phone and that's ridiculous. I travelled almost an hour to get here. I've gone home without my cargo and will have to drive all the way to you some other time.
