I've avoided, thus far, going in here...I've been a fan of this store for many years. Yesterday we literally walked right by, so had to go in.I have to say the two assistants were both efficient and helpful, without being pushy.Everything was just so lovely, and my Mum and I both agreed the prices were very fair & reasonable.When I'm in a position to buy that's definitely a place I'll be heading to.

New in town and bought a lamp from them. Marked down as part of sale going at the moment. However got the display model which seemed unharmed but the pits was when the sales lady removed the bulb. No box with lamp detail and no bulb to refer to. Just thought it was petty... other than this love the stuff and staff friendly

We waited over six months on a shelf that would take 8 weeks staff were unapologetic and told weekly it was on its way useless.
