Lovely gym with the most welcoming staff. I appreciate that you become part of a family here as it makes such a difference in your workouts, knowing the staff and other members have such a great community. I find the group classes a great workout and enjoy their variety.

This gym is amazing! The equipment is high end and always clean, great staff, music and friendly community atmosphere. I love the body scan! Such a good way to get a base point to set goals from.

Such a great atmosphere! Fantastic trainers who take the time to get to know you, help with any injuries and guide you to your goals. The gym is always clean and tidy, well equipped and never a wait time for equipment. Highly recommend Anytime Fitness Golden Sands!

Easily the best gym I've ever signed up for. The staff/trainers are hands down the friendliest and most helpful of any gym I've ever signed up with. The equipment is nice, new, and in good condition as well.

This is an amazing gym especially for women. I always feel super safe whatever time I am there. The staff are really nice and the place is always really clean. I highly recommend this gym because I can’t think I anything I don’t like about it
