Snooty, rude staff particularly management. My baby hated going here probably felt their energy. So glad we left, never enjoyed dropping my baby off. Our baby is now flourishing in another centre where the educators truly care about the kids.

Can’t recommend this daycare highly enough. Fantastic staff who become like extended whanau. Had two boys go through the centre since 2011 and was more than a little emotional to leave as they transitioned to school. Inspiring and dedicated staff create a safe, welcoming and magical environment for the children. Thank you for all that you did for our boys.

My child just loves Bear Park, the teachers and staff are amazing. They are all so approachable and professional and I love that they go out of their way to make my child and family feel welcome. The centre itself is beautiful and well resourced. I am so happy to have my child in such a loving and supportive learning environment.

I'm not sure if they are short staffed or not, but they don't seem to answer their phone or return calls; they also don't allow you to visit the centre on days that don't suit THEM, hence, the question: do they have enough staff? Maybe they just need a lesson in good customer service?
