Did have a lunch with special kids free meal. Asked the staff how does it work, she just mentioned we need to scan a barcode, and gave us a lunch menu, didn't explain that the meal should be ordered from main menu. We did order meals but from lunch menus, ordered hot dogs for kid, but they run out of them, then ordered fish and chips instead of hot dogs, they brought chicken nuggets.Meals were good, but staff need to explain with more details and not mislead customers if they run some kind of promo deals,as we are not frequent visitors. Was very disappointing. They offered free kids drink next time, but I doubt would be coming again.

Food is fantastic, customer service is very appreciative and I enjoyed my time and the opportunity to meet wonderful people.

A great place to have a meal after a long day in the car. Clean, tidy pub with a big dining room. My dish had an assortment of seafood, creamy but not overpowering. Parking on street is easiest.

Excellent communication and service even when the three year old spilled her traffic light all over the floor. Good burger! Highly recommended.

Exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. We all really enjoyed our meals. If you are staying in or passing through Greymouth I would recommend it.

Good prices on the drinks, although I believe my partner got charged $18 for a jug that cost me $10 30min before. Most staff were friendly, one lady seemed moody. Needed some music by the pool table. The jukebox in the darts room was pretty cool. Will be back next time we're through I'm sure.

Went with a group of 13 and we had a lovely time. Service was excellent, staff friendly and helpful and the food was great. This is well worth a visit, we'll be back.

Their chicken, bacon and pasta dish was so tasty and creamy I highly recommend. My son's turf and surf dish was cooked to perfection. Our waitress was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for looking after two weary travellers.
