National Storage Tawa, Wellington

I highly recommend Storage Solutions. I have stored my goods at other places before and Storage Solutions was far superior and exceeded all expectations. Fiona made everything so easy during a stressful time which was greatly appreciated, very friendly, easy to deal with and customer service second to none. They were highly noted with my insurance company too so no problems there. The storage was clean, dry and extremely secure, and the accessibility at my convenience was perfect. Picking the right space for my things was easy and spot on with their online space calculator. I used the 3 x 3 it stored all my things from a large 3 bedroom house. I would have no hesitation in using Storage Solutions again if required. Thank you Fiona, Sharon and Tony, you provide an awesome service!!

We put our small flat into storage for about 3 months while we were staying with family and saving to buy a house. The facilities in the Tawa premises were amazing - a free covered trailer to help us move in (the best bit was that it had a ramp which meant no heavy lifting up into the trailer), a variety of trolleys to move items from trailer/car into unit, and a big unit with large doors that meant moving items in and out with ease. 24 hour access made it great when we wanted to move out early in the morning, and the service was always incredible - so efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend Storage Solutions to anyone!

We stored a two-bedroom house worth of stuff at Storage Solutions Tawa while we stayed in a furnished house for six months. We were surprised how much we could fit in the unit! The staff were very helpful, the unit itself was dry and very secure. Being able to use the trailor for free when moving in was super helpful too! We are happy with choosing this company and would definitely use them again in the future.

We would and have recommended Tawa Storage Solutions to family and friends due to the great facilities and awesome experience we have received. They also provide all the packing things you may need, boxes, bubble wrap, tape, covers the list goes on. We will most defiantly be using Tawa Storage Solutions again if we ever need to. From the first contact and quote right through to moving my furniture out of my Storage Solutions unit, my experience as a client has been fantastic. Cherie was so friendly, organised and always remembered my name! I ended up storing all my household items for a lot longer than I intended. Storage Solutions Tawa was fantastic fro the get go. Awesome Firm. Staff so friendly, courteous and helpful. Storage facility was excellent and with adequate space for all our requirements. Very clean, very secure, and with 24/7 access.
