Great pool in a sunny day. Kids loved the main pool and the hydroslide

It's a great summer pool but there is no lifeguard monitoring the top of the water slide so too many going at once leading to so many injuries as the kids collide. Life guards do care

Visiting old haunts, very impressive.I wish, I had more time to swim. Looking around the pool was wonderful.The staff were very pleasant.

Lifeguards always around providing great safety. Usually the young kids pool would be the same as a the big kids pool - the floor would be sloped to make it deeper on one side.But at Wainuiomata, the Young kids have their very own pool which was awesome!

Awesome place. Hydroslide, little people pool, slightly bigger pool for little people with two slides and another large pool. Heaps of floaties available, lots of shaded areas, gas bbq, play park and a spa. Changing areas were clean and spacious and hot showers. Really well priced. Excellent for a family picnic and swim on a gorgeous day

Had a great time here with my 5 year old and nearly 2 year old. We spent most of our time in the 70cm triangular pool, however we did venture into the 80cm larger pool as well. My toddler had a great time in both as well as the toddler pool area.My 5 year old and I checked out the hydroslide and it was super-awesome! Very very fast. I didn't know it was a separate charge to the pool entry so had to go back to purchase passes for it.Also the slide rules state that parents are not to hold children on the slide, which can be difficult when you have a nervous child and have to leave them behind. Having said that I did see parents/adults with kids on their laps going down.The change facilities are good, however I didn't see a baby/toddler change table in the female change rooms at all, which would have helped.Last, my son basically got locked in the toilet as he wasn't strong enough to unlatch the lock and I was only able to get him out by using my keys to turn the latch from the outside. Had it been necessary I'm sure the staff would have been able to help.Overall really enjoyed it there and keen to go back again!

Such a lovely place to go with the kids. Heaps of areas to swim, nice fenced off and shaded kids paddling pool with a park, bbq area and picnic tables. Kids can’t get enough of the slide!

Brilliant place for family and friends. Pools are awesome, as is the waterslide.
