Not even open when their website says it is. This has happened to me twice and I wasted $70 on gas money. They don’t answer their phone. I would like the be compensated for the gas money I have spent driving to this place. Thank you

Not as affordable as they used to be for 2nd hand. They need to have their prices clear, we can barely read them. I've been going here for a few years, but i may as well go shop at the warehouse or KMart, prices are ridiculous now.

I was in the area and googled map the closets op shop and it lead me to this place. First time iv been here and as soon as I walked I found items I would definitely wear . Normally I would walk out with 1 or no items but this place had me walk out with a whole bag full. I will definitely be visiting this place often

My daughter and I arrived and we had 6 big black sacs of clean good quality clothes, asking the lady sitting down on her smoke break if she would like them and where to put them she pointed to the ground in front of her and said ‘here’. Once we finished unloading the van the lady does a very pathetic quiet ‘thanks’How so very ungrateful, took all My might not to take those clothes back. If it wasn’t for generous people this person wouldn’t have a job! A smile and a pleasant thank you goes a long way!

I have never had much luck finding what I go in to get but its still a good place for others to find cheap secondhand clothes. There needs to be more op shops roung south Auckland.
