Best place to do your first aid course. Josephine is the best tutor.

Had the unfortunate job of clearing out a deceased estate and there were a lot of items that needed to go to charity within tight timeframes. Found Red Cross to have impeccable service and genuinely helpful and efficient and made the task of clearing so much easier. Thanks team ✅

Very poor signage - roof sign needs to be higher and bigger! Also a notice to say training room at the back outside the building and a map with enrolment for trainees!!

I went to Red Cross to do my comprehensive first aid cert. Bearing in mind that I've done first aid qualifications for many years, I didn't have huge expectations going in for another. But it's been many years since I did comprehensive. It's a 1.5 day course and my greatest feedback is about our instructor Norm - he was very passionate about first aid response and it showed. He made the course very enjoyable but also ensured the content was delivered properly. Thank you so much to Norm and Red Cross

I did my first aid training course today - will have to wait for the marks. Excellent training. Proffessional, enthusiastic, near perfect and very helpful staff with a lot of experience.One of the trainers is a ex-military British person (I forgot his name) and he was 'near perfect' in his lectures and guidance to the group I was in and also to the lady who was training us. He also rendered me 'near perfect' first aid when I stumbled to the ground and felt light headed, him and one of the other female staff gave me something to eat after that ordeal. He also gave me extremely good recommendations about my own health.The training facility is good and well kept.

Our FIRST AID trainer was truly nice!! She tried her best to make us understand the requirements and important aspects at the time of emergency. Really looking up to be getting trained under such good tutors.. Learnt a lot and enjoyed too on my weekend...

Strongly recommend this course to anyone who wishes to be a little more helpful when seeing someone in a life and death situation. A lot of basic skills like how to give basic medical help while waiting ambo to come and not making it worse. It’s a bit different for adults, children and drastically different for babies. Basic knowledge about common life threatenting health issues such as stroke, asthama, heart attack, seizures, angina, diabettes - how to avoid and how to help. I’d also stress that the trainers: Andrea, JoJo and Alisha are extremely professional, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. Do this here and do it next week. It will help your loved ones and people around you.

Did the First Aid revalidation course. It was run by Anne, she was amazing. She is an awesome Trainer.
