Night 'n Day Tahunanui

I would give it 10 stars if i could to the top notch customer service that I got last night. Seriously the guy who said his name was Zele ( hope I got it right) excellent service he gave he should be awarded with employee of the month such kind hearted person who knows how to hold a smile during pressure situation it was 10:30 pm at night and he still cooked us hot food and with a smile on face looks like he loves his job. no night and day has ever done it and they are extremely rude on top of it. Tahunanui night n day will be my regular from now on wards. Excellent food as usual ran out of words to appreciate this place and the customer service given.

10 minute wait for a coffee. only had 2 younge staff who looked to have no clue what they were up too. make sure to train your staff properly.

Writing on behalf for my boyfriend. Was in today around 5pm (19/10/22) in search for food, ended up deciding on the fried chicken. The dude that served me was awesome. Really helpful, full of joy, conversation and confidence. Really pleased with his service, the food was good too :) thank you for your attitude man, really lightened up my afternoon.

Fully stocked even on a SundayMy experience: my wife ordered a chocolate deluxe shake and the lad serving her barely paid attention. He then produced an ice chocolate to which my wife informed him that it's not what she ordered. He then proceeded to tell her that she ordered what he gave her... So my wife reluctantly insisted he make what she ordered. After making what she ordered, my wife apologized for the misunderstanding and inconvenience to which he didn't even acknowledge. This guy alone is the reason for the rating.Recommend:Best for: besides this one person, night and day is good for anyone needing anything a normal dairy stocks.. milkshakes are amazing

Every time I come in after work I see this employee named Zanin. He is a really good employee, always seems happy to be working, and is great to chat to while at the counter checking out. He has a great vibe overall.

Staff needs more training. Bought a $2.90 item, was charged $3.20 (at first I thought I was wrong so I didn't sa anything and checked again on my way out) got the wrong change, $5 short, which the lady gave me after I told her, no receipt, change was just put in front of her on the counter, not even moved towards me, when I mentioned about being charged the wrong amount, the lady said she doesn't know about it, so I walked out. Staff was friendly but need training.

They are a Jimmy’s pies stockists and never seem to have any in warmer or even defrosted to chuck in microwave (not great but will do if nothing in warmer). Server seems helpful though. However will be trying elsewhere from now on

Very good customer service.Staff are polite and friendly and work to the best of their ability there are new owners down there and so I hope this changes others views from what I've seen so far in the reviews section.They listen to customer needs to be suit customer wants and try to deliver fast, efficient and excellent results everytime:)Very satisfied with the work down there definitely a store to check out,I highly recommend it

What ever you do, do not get a bubble tea from here!! If i had know they were using avalanche sachets, i would never have wasted my money. $3 for a cup of flavoured water.
