Got a fried chicken burger combo and a fried chicken combo. Fried chicken combo came with 4 boneless pieces of chicken which were heading to a burnt level and were tiny, no sauce and overall combo was $17. Fried chicken burger sauce on burger was meant to be mild but was way too spicy and small combo was $21.For the price and size I wouldn't go back it has great potential but are just not getting there which is a shame as it's hard to find fried good boneless chicken in wellington and eventhough it was heading to burnt you could taste that if perfectly cooked it'd be amazing

overpriced, waited ages (2.45pm and mall was dead) and foodwas tasteless. double cheese burger was dripping in oil and the kids burger was pink on the middle. chips were mostly crumbs like would be skimmed off the top of a fryer. staff had not desire to be there and told an old man to order on the self service instead of helping him at the counter after he was waiting about 5min. he understandably walked off. we definitely won’t be back.

Depressing meal.Got the double smash burger combo with bacon added to it for $24. Tiniest portion and the patties were absolutely burnt, definitely not charred or Crispy like the usual smash burger. Burnt taste throughout the whole burger. Fries were meh. Save your taste buds and money and just go to McDonald's right next to it or burgerfuel down the street.

Service great (speedy and friendly) and taste of the burger was acceptable, but portions were tiny. $14 for a very small burger (around the size of a baseball) with not much chicken in it. I would not have bought it if I'd known beforehand how small it was.

Fast service and friendly staff. Had the double smash burger, and was very happy with it. Had the opportunity to try the hot dog too, a simple classic, will try one of the loaded options next time. Considering the other burger choices in the mall I'll be eating here again

I think they must have been a little slow when they first opened... the wait at lunch time today was about 7 mins.. Double smash cheese burgers are awesome (can tell they are made fresh). Love the burger buns too, heard the ribs and chicken burgers are the best... Need to find a reason to go back tomorrow and try them..

Really enjoyed my burger and fried chicken. Wait time wasn't too bad this morning. Big ups to the staff working hard to ensure we are getting fresh hot food despite getting slammed at peak hours

Slow service...eventually got a sausage put into a supermarket bread bun ...disappointing ...for 13 $ I could have made at least 4 of them at home...waste of money.. can't rate it lower than a 1 , sadly...its a waste of MONEY to eat there. Here is a dictionary explanation for gourmet.: of, relating to, or being high quality, expensive, or specialty food typically requiring elaborate and expert preparation. a gourmet meal.....nothing there is gourmet about their food....

Food was tasty but the portion size for the single smash burger was tiny! Also, it wasn't smashed at all. It was a relatively thick patty, around 1.5cm.
