Recently installed our brand new and expensive kitchen.Poor communication, no instructions given resulting in damage occuring. Refusal to fix it.Brief was functional and hard-wearing kitchen for a family of 8.Brief was not met.Beware of this company - as once paid they will not help.

Our kitchen is just amazing. From the design process through to the finished installation, the whole experience was seamless. Jessica was very professional in her approach and open to all our ideas, nothing was a problem. The oak finish is just beautiful and is more resilient than what we expected. My husband and I went to a Home Show in Tauranga in 2019 and saw the BespOak Kitchens for the first time and from that point forward that was the only kitchen we wanted. Building a house this year with all the Covid 19 interruptions has been quite challenging and one of our big highlights has been the kitchen install. Bespoak have a great team and I have enjoyed every part of the process from the design through to the finishing touches. This kitchen has been built to last and I am absolutely delighted with it. We'd seen the BeaspOak stand at the Tauranga Homeshow in 2018 and immediately loved the look. We chased them down in 2020 when we were ready to do our kitchen.Right from the first touch with Jess turning up to discuss the concept, to Chris rolling up his sleeves and delivering & installing himself so we had the kitchen ready for the bench top, the install was hassle free.Our kitchen looks fantastic and everyone comments on it when they visit (the HUGE pantry gets the most envious comments!).We couldn't be happier. We are so happy with our new kitchen. We wouldn't change a thing and we highly recommend BespOak for your new build or alterations.Our kitchen renovation started with meeting Rachel when we were on holiday. In the 25 years I have lived in this farm house, I hadn't figured out how to reconfigure my narrow, tricky space and I told Rachel I'd send her the floor plan and some pictures when we got home. We then visited the studio, saw the quality of the units and we were SOLD! The concept design enabled us to 'see' what changing a doorway and removing a wall would look like with the new kitchen....even details like the sun coming through the windows (and I have to say it looks exactly like those original pictures!).We have a lot of oak throughout this 100 year old house and the BespOak kitchen has retained the character of the house whilst taking it into the 21st century. Price was also a consideration and even including freight to the very bottom of the South Island, it was great value for this exceptionally beautiful, solid and detailed joinery.Communication throughout with Rachel was effortless and she was always available from the planning, to the installation. A big shout out to my installer as well, as 100 year old houses have nothing straight, square or level!!Planning in 2022 to do the laundry with the BespOak team. Nothing else will be good enough now!!

Our new kitchen is fantastic! We love the solid wood (no more swollen MDF cupboard bases!) and it suits our 1930's house so well. Rachel and the team at Bespoak were great to deal with and it all happened so smoothly, apart from a little Covid hitch with the bench tops.Thanks to everyone!
