Didn't give five stars cause no one is perfect. Saying that, Gun City are now my gun shopp of choice. I've dealt with local gun stores and I prefer the customer service at Gun City which is about a 40min drive from me. I'll be back to buy more accessories and ammo in the recent future! Thanks Gun City.

Always such friendly service and happy to answer questions. A++ when it comes to returns and warranties also. I have had a particularly great experience with Shaq my last few trips to penrose store. Always enjoy my time in store!

When into the Penrose store to buy a specific gun safe to be told by their “salesperson” that the safe was not what I needed and proceeded to try and sell me a different more expensive safe!! I purchased the cheaper gun safe I went to buy in the first place!! Was not impressed with the pushy sales rep. Did not ask for or want their opinion!!

I don't do many reviews, but the service I received yesterday from Shaq was so good I felt I needed to say something. Walked in, got a friendly greeting, asked if he could. Explained what I was after, got some great straight-up advice and quality products at a reasonable price. Will 100% be going back to the Penrose store.
