Got our alarm upgraded recently and staff was great and knowledgeable. Easy and quick to respond. Alarm did what it’s supposed to do when a burglar entered the house recently.

Terrible service, John makes promises he doesn’t keep because he doesn’t do the work and subs it out. Tevita doesn’t know the product and didn’t know how to program the system. Would not recommend.

We had a great experience with Protech. Our alarm faulted but they got a technician out to us within a few hours of the call. Issue was resolved, and the alarm upgraded. The communication from Tevita was superb and he really went out of his way to sort our issue at a really busy time of year right before Christmas. All up an outstanding experience.
