I love it here, it's a slice of heaven here in Rolleston. Absolutely delicious gelato and sorbets, beautiful cakes, and drinks. The booth and swing seating is a real talking point and the staff are genuinely friendly. Special enough for occasions but affordable enough to visit regularly. Try it, you'll love it!

Atmosphere and ice cream are great. The staffer who served us, seemed like she had better places to be than working here. The other staff were friendly.

Holy $#!π this place is delicious. I got Lincoln's Apple Frenchie and if you could put paradise on a plate, this is it.Very friendly staff, fun design of the place (my toddler liked the swings and stairs.Highly highly recommend for both meals or snacks.Good for my wife's gluten and dairy free stuffI'd have taken a picture of my meal but it got inhaled.

I must say, Helado Gelato has truly exceeded my expectations when it comes to ice cream! Having tried various ice cream shops across different towns like Queenstown, Akaroa, Lyttleton, Christchurch, and more, I can confidently say that the ice cream from this cafe takes the crown. The flavors I sampled, including yogurt blueberry, pistachio, dulce de leche, and coffee, were all exceptional. Each scoop was incredibly creamy, bursting with real fruit flavors, and downright delicious. I'm already dreaming about my next visit to Helado Gelato, and I hope we have something equally amazing back in Manila. Highly recommended for all ice cream lovers out there!

Best coffee in Rolleston. Great food and OMG the desserts are to die for! It’s a must go for coffee and dessert lovers! Next time I will try the gelato. They had great flavours on the menu so I’m looking fwd to it!
