Always a great experience here especially considering animals don’t particularly like a vet check..Aimee out front is lovely, helpful and kind to all the pets that come in!The vets are always so good to Nori! Wouldn’t trust him with anyone else! Also when we did have to put down Nala they were empathetic, caring and just made the process a lot easier (RIP)!If you’re looking for a vet to trust and to give the best care to your fur babies this is the place to go!

I can't thank the team enough for their quick response for my fur babies emergency!Even in level 3 they responded so quickly and provided me with my options and didn't force me into anything and gave me enough information to make the decision for my babies! They definitely care so much about our fur babies more than money! Thanks to their quick response and guidance my babies are happy and healthy! I'm so glad for chosing this place for my babies and would recommend this place to everyone! My babies Peanut and Butter are sooo greatfull! You guys are awesome!!!!

Last week my lovely kitten Aroha required surgery for a blocked intestine. From Robyn in Clevedon to Ailsa who did the surgery, the expertise & care couldn't have been better. All the nurses were so helpful & caring. I have been coming to this practice for years & find the level of care for my animals & me as their 'mum', outstanding. Thank you all very much.Lolita Luke

Went with our 4 yr old cat to get his annual check up, vaccination, flea and worm treatment.Unfortunately the vet was her usual unpleasant self and when I tried to discuss with her about our flea problem this year because we have a longer haired cat, she had a very unpleasant expression on her face. Then she decided that she couldn’t give the flea injection because our cat had a flea collar on. She tried to remove it to which told her to stop. She gave the worm tablet but then refused to give the flea treatment and went on about overdose for cats. I asked why our cat had one every other visit, to which she said there is no record of having a flea treatment. She then asked about the collars age which we said was a couple of months after last Xmas (9+ months old). I asked to speak to a senior vet and asked if she was going to give the injections. She gave the vaccination for cat flu and put away the flea one. I repeated asking for a senior vet and asked what she was doing? She left and the vet manager came in. It became clear that firstly the vet manager was less friendly than the vet and that their records had nothing to do with what had happened in a visit. Sometimes given something not recorded and others shown as treatment done that didn’t happen. We paid and left but never got to speak to the actual senior vet.Do not go here!

If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. Rude veterinary lady, they’re not very transparent with their pricing. Switched to Franklin vets, much better experience and they actually care about your pet!

Lovely vets and staff. Helpful with information and follow ups. Prices are actually very good, and quality of care is excellent. Also if you're a bit stretched they offer laybuy to help you spread the costs, so you don't have to make the awful decision to.. wait and see if your beloved fur baby is going to be OK.Cannot recommend highly enough.Thank you team.

The three woman I met were beautiful souls and really cared for my animals. They handled them with the best care and not one of my animals went home upset. I'll definitely be using this vet again and highly recommend to all my friends and family.

My darling cat Dusty was recently run over and died. At the time I raced him to the Auckland Veterinary Centre to see if there was anything they could do to help him. Dusty had sadly died on the way. However, the way the staff dealt with this and with me was beyond fabulous. They were so kind and gentle with us both. I had Dusty created and went to collect the ashes from them. Again dealt with in the most gentle and kind manner. And now have received a beautiful card from them, hand written with a very thoughtful note which made us all cry. But we really appreciate it. Thank you for your kindness and gentle professionalism.
