No change required to my glasses. Explained very well the pictures he took.No change for partners glasses either. Filled out the paperwork so he can get a cataract op.Awesome service and communication

Scott and Anita are absolutely fantastic. I found Pap Optometrists when I was still based in NZ and they were by far the most knowledgeable, kind and reasonably priced optometrist I have been to. Even when I moved to Australia they still sent me contacts and were great at communicating despite the time difference. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an all round fantastic optometrist :)

The team at Papamoa optometrist are superb. Very efficient, helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to squeeze me in for an exam. Fantastic frame choices. Very, very happy with everything. Definitely be returning for future optometry needs.

Scott and the team at Papamoa Optometrist have always been amazing. They are always welcoming and professional and go out of their way to provide great service, even at short notice. Scott is very thorough and knowledgeable and works to ensure you are well informed about any examination or treatment that is required. I would definitely recommend the team to anyone.

As others have said, the staff here are just friendly, helpful people.Craig gave a very thorough and helpful examination and was happy to answer any questions. We talked about some connections between concentration, fatigue, and various functions of the eye.Great value service and well priced frames.

Fantastic service and friendly knowledgeable team. I came in because of my mild shortsightedness but after a very thorough eye exam with Craig, he's helped me realize that I'm actually farsighted whaaat! They even gave me a pair of glasses to take home and trial for a week before committing to purchasing new ones. Highly highly recommend!

Never ever want to move to a new optometrist, Papamoa Optometrists are a masterclass team. They are fast, efficient and friendly. They always meet my urgent demands (I'm trying to be better at that guys). They always greet me with my name and a smile. 3/4 of my family need glasses/contacts and we all feel the same. Well done Scott and Anita, know you're appreciated for your top class service ... and please don't ever leave me and my family ;) Highly recommend!

Lovely people, super friendly and professional. Lovely environment and a relaxed atmosphere. Prices for new frames (lenses included) are very affordable and they have a great selection of frames too! I 100% recommend them!
