Beautiful experience there they know what they’re doing, absolutely love my hair showed the lady one photo of an idea that I liked and she did it exactly like the photo. Highly recommended them for beautiful service and a haircut you’ll love, will definitely be going back there for future haircuts

Worst haircut i ever had !!Felt like i was getting my hair cut by a total beginner. Have to re do it again from another place .Wouldn’t recommend anyone and definately not going back there .

These ladies know their stuff! I was up from Wellington for work. Finally had time to get a cut that I had been meaning to do for months. I went from long hair to a gorgeous concave textured bob. My stylist did exactly what I wanted. Will definitely return next time I’m in the bay. Thanks so much !

Took the family there several times now and exactly what we needed. Friendly and welcoming staff and the hair cut was perfect. Highly recommend !

Really strange service, very gaslighty. Not really any service when you enter. Once you do, be careful. I sat in a chair to wait. Shannon, my associate, pointed to her chair, told me to sit and asked how my day was, I told her it was alright and I asked about her day but she didn't respond, kinda wierd but I brushed it off, maybe she didn't hear me under my mask. I then asked for a double 00 on the sides, I'm an easy cut. She lazily buzzed my head once in less than 5 minutes, sarcastically asked if that would make me happy, then charged me $15. I was kind of confused so I paid and went to my car. I checked out my cut in the mirror and it was really uneven, for the first time in my life someone messed up an easy double 00. I went in to ask if they could fix it and Shannon went off. She started exclaiming We knew you'd be back to complain" "You have had the worst attitude". I only walked in to discuss fixing the hair cut and she tried to exclaim I was rude and demanding. I remained calm and her co-workers became quickly embarrassed as they saw I was quite calm. Friendly staff and didn't have to wait long for haircut. The result was even better than what I wanted and will definitely be returning for my next cut.
