Came to FACT Co today to do a refresher course, having done other courses in the past, I was ready for it to be a drag, but it was very much the opposite. This was by far the most engaging first aid course I have taken in my almost 14 years of taking them.Rick, the instructor was fantastic, he was full of stories and is a deep well of information, all of which was the most current. His presentation was practical, giving clear demonstrations and nice easy prompts to remember information learned.I would highly recommend FACT Co for your first aid course.

Fact co was really fun, friendly and easy tutor helped you relax and enjoy the class. Class itself was very good and i learnt all i needed.Would recommend to anyone looking to do a first aid course.

Absolutely the best refresher course I have ever attended, and have done many over 25 years. Donovan is the most entertaining, professional, knowledgeable and truly the funniest tutor I have had the pleasure of spending the day with. His delivery is exceptional, the content superb and thorough and I could not recommend this company more highly. Thank you Donovan for a truly memorable day :)

FACT was the best first aid course I've ever been too. The one day Refresher course was packed fill with information but didnt feel like a long, boring day like some first aid course can. It was fun and MEMORABLE. Rick made it so, and had so many real life stories that helped keep us engaged. Along with his humour! The tips and tricks were great and lots of practical meant we learned even more along the way and got to try his techniques along the way. Thanks FACT/Rick! - Sara.

Best first aid experience EVER!!! I literally just got home from the course and had to leave a review asap. I've been to a couple first aid course with other providers in the past but I had been recommended by coworkers to try this one. Rick, our instructor, was AMAZING!! So lovely, really engaging and the time flew by so quickly, I was sad to leave. I am recommending it to all of my friends, and I genuinely cannot wait to come back. This was 1 of the BEST First Aid Training I have ever been to in all the years I have done these.The Techer was Extremely knowledgeable and the class was smal enough the Rick (the teacher )could make make sure we are all doing everything correctly.Just fantastic place to do your trainingI highly recommend to do this class over any others
