Subway always a great place for a light meal. This is another good place. I normally buy 6 inches sub of day for 4.90 dollars today I decide to go 1 foot so I can have another half for dinner somehow buying one foot is more expensive which is at 10.6 dollars. I can’t understand the price setting? Standard marketing normally is buy more to get cheaper price deal but not in this case. Also noticed they take Uber eat order first priority than physical store customers so if u don’t like to wait to try here.

Had worst experience so far at this place. Indian guy who works there makes it unpleasant with his arrogant and rude behaviour towards his customers. Strongly recommended not to visit this place.

I had to wait a Lil bit before I was served. I couldn't even see the counter person. The food wasn't fresh nor great. I was dissatisfied by the service and condition. I didn't have my mobile on me at the time. I would had taken a vid clip of the poor experience.

Every time I go into that subway I have to wait for 10 to 15 mins to be acknowledged it’s either that rude india guy with his AirPods in his ears taking to someone on the phone or as if today, a rude Indian girl l, that made me wait 10 mins to not even say Hi before making my subway. When advised, that it’s basic customer service to to acknowledge customers. Started to give me attitude, make the subway with frustrations. We as a customers do not want to experience all this negativity behavior, either hire more people or train the staff that working there. To be told by a staff not to come back due to simply asking to acknowledge a customer is absolutely ridiculous. Either train her or hire more staff

Ordered an online order when at massey road on the motorway. Store was empty. still had to wait 15mins at the store. Then had to be asked my order when order was infront of the staff. Absolutely terrible service staff member must have thought he was on holiday with the speed they were working at. Once at home order was not correct. Had to return to store for a refund but they only remade the order

Just went in to get lunch. Two staff at the counter eating and drinking. No acknowledgement so I said hello. Was ignored the first time so I said hello again. Eventually I was told they won't be long (didn't even bother to look at me). So I left and I won't be returning.

Wouldn't take my subway card (why have a loyalty card if they don't allow it?) as a form of contactless even tho it's literally contactless. Made me call while I was already in the store to place an order and literally picked up the phone in the same room and took my order over phone as if we werent standing in the same room. Asked questions about the online ordering system so I could use my card and he just said I don't know". Poor poor customer service

The Indian guy who works there is not making the place pleasent to customers. Who comes there to experience his attitude, frustrations or whatever. We as a customers do not want to experience all his negativity. I wonder how an store keeps on running when there is a worst possible customer service person. If you wondered where is it, it is inside the mini supermarket at Mobile Clendon.
