I cannot praise Gavin the dentist enough. I had a bad reaction to an injection and Gavin and his nurse spent an hour trying to stabilise me enough to go home. Gavin even drove me home. They were brilliant.

I don't often write reviews, but being terrified of the dentist and having the experience I had warrants it.I have not been to see a dentist in 9 years (since it was free at school) so I was not too keen on going but wanted to check that I don't incur future issues. Gavin, one of the dentists, was very professional and patient as he explained the whole process. He was mindful of the pain and also very informative. I felt like I knew what was happening during the whole experience. In addition he made me a 'new tooth' which was put over the crooked one, which not only saved me having to get braces but also gave me back the confidence to smile! After all this I injured the muscles in my face by eating something chewy whilst my jaw was still mending. I didn't have to pay anything for the follow up service nor the visit in which he inspected the injury.A friend of mine saw Karen, another one of the dentists, to have some teeth removed. She did an amazing job and left him with very little pain afterwards. Her service included ringing to check in on him a few days later, and when I collected him from her she had extensive notes on how to look after him and the teeth to avoid complications.Today my wife saw him too, and after a very stressful few days not knowing what we'd be in for, yet again the service was great, patient and informative. Quote was very reasonable and extra work was done at no charge.Thank you all at lumino for the awesome service and for helping us feel like we can grin from ear to ear!

I didn’t realise how pleasant a trip to the dentist was until now! Very thorough! Very easy! Had to get a filling replaced and it didn’t hurt a bit!

I had some composite restoration (filling) work done last year in October the price was $166 then per tooth. The quote I’ve been given after a routine checkup recently for the same work as last year to be completed in September is $281 per tooth! I cannot understand the justification in an increase of $115 in less than a year? Also the work I had done last year was on the same tooth that I now require work on again as the dentist had missed it apparently which is not good enough for the amount I had already spent last year. Over all I’m disappointed to say the least and will no longer be going to Lumino in the future. It also feels like they're purposely making up work that is not even required to pay for the large overheads of running a business of this nature.

The team at Lumino are amazing!I have never had such a good dental experience.Gavin was so nice and non judgemental. I haven't had good experiences in the past and was very anxious, the team calmed my nerves and made me feel comfortable.It was a fast, painless appointment and I would highly recommend this dental service.

Gareth is the best dentist I've ever had, is very easy to get along with and is reasonably priced.

New dental hygienist Lauren did my teeth clean today. Was the best experience I have had ever. No pain or discomfort. Thank you.

Very unhappy with my experience with this place over the years always left feeling un informed on what’s actually going and what was done during a procedure, not to mention the the price I was quoted at was doubled then had additional fillings added which I wasn’t aware of
