Staff not the best maybe overworked? They price gouge. Then they charge you more at the till than they tell you and call it a surcharge. Very dodgy shop.

Great service, very prompt with a drive to be accomodating. If they haven't got it in stock, they will look for it in other stores and get it in as soon as possible. I had a great experience, thank you.

The experience in this shop was nothing but disappointing. In line to pay for item for 40 minutes , and I was next in line. Customer service useless. And the guy in charge there is no better. He is to busy flirting with his female workers. ( I actually wonder if those females are actually comfortable with that) or they just don’t wanna lose there job. I was standing there long enough to notice him doing so. Teach your staff how to use the front desk promptly, get your other workers on the shop floor to actually help the customers.

Terrible experience today. Over charged, made to wait, made to feel like I was the problem. Didn't want to give me the refund receipt. Basically given up on being a customer servicing shop. Wish I could shop elsewhere. They have such an arrogant attitude, knowing we don't have a choice but to shop here.I was the only customer in the shop and you still decided something else was more important.Staff parking in the customer carparks should be towed.

Bought some shoes , took them home tried them on with school socks, too small. Took them back within an hour, no refund, only store credit that must be spent within a year. Awful really.
