Tried this place for the first time last night, and I absolutely love the results! The lashes are soo elegant and weightless, I can’t even tell I have them on, I saw Wendy and she was soo great! Double check before we got started about the shape and length of lashes and then did an amazing job! I really love these lashes! 10/10 recommend to get your lashes done here!

They do such a great job with my lashes - I’ve had glam ones for functions and a natural set for work and everyday things. If you explain what you’re after they do a great job of matching your expectations. The studio is also very relaxing & the lash techs are super friendly.

Great service with my henna brows - I have tried a few places - and i always feel that you are a guinea pig. Kiwi Lash n Brow so confident and knew what they were doing without hesitation. Relaxing atmosphere and easy with parking across the road. I will be back!

New Lynn branch.Not a pleasant experience. Was freezing inside and there was a rowdy group outside who were very intimidating and banging on door and window, which was not ideal when you’re not able to open your eyes!Lash lift was done really well, wouldn’t bother with the henna brow as my brows look the same as if I dyed them myself at home. As nice as she seemed, it was extremely hard to communicate with the technician due to not speaking English and I was wanting to discuss the whole process, having never done before .Was undercharged when I left which I didn’t realize at the time and when the owner followed up with a payment request, I let her know my thoughts of the whole experience .She was extremely rude and unprofessional and accused me of just not wanting to pay. I wouldn’t recommend Henna brows or using their services due to the terrible customer service or lack of it.

I see Emily and Julie for my regular lash appointments. They are both very lovely to deal with and professional.The lash individual lashes are of great quality. They last longer than of others which i’ve tried in the past.

I have my very first experience today getting my brows done. The ladies were lovely, very calm and relaxing atmosphere. It was hard to explain what I wanted to the lady as she didn’t speak English. I wanted to know the process as I was getting henna done, explain how I wanted my brows, but that was hard. Another lady assisted which was great. I wasn’t happy with my brows as I felt they were huge on my face and ended up wiping them off.

I get my lash extensions done regularly and first time here as I moved close-by. I booked one technician, but it ended with two girls, which I don’t mind. The former well trained staff taught the new staff how to apply the extension, which I also don’t mind. But clearly the new technician is not fully qualified as the removal process was so painful. My lashes were pulled out by her straight away without applying any removal products at first, then got taught by the second girl. No one wants to have a discounted service at a full price. No surprise, my lashes started to fall out the next day. A picture of 1 week-after result is attached. So disappointed!
