Will never go there again , the Manger was so rude, unbelievable bad the way she talked to me and others in the shop they need to clean up there act in a big way .Sad for the girls who work there to have to put up with a Manger who does not know how to respond to customers.Worst experience ever .

The store items are stacked properly. There were a lot of items in the store that it is slightly difficult to move around. The saleslady is helpful and addressed all my queries. The store smelled great. It was a sale during my visit and I received a 30% discount.

A couple of months ago I purchased two soap pumps that were on special. The metal looking lids of both pumps really badly leaked with black and rusty residue of soap. I kept wiping but it got worse and now one lid has cracked. They were really trashy products. I will never buy soap pump from BBB.

Stay away! I paid $500 for a bookcase a month ago. I still have no bookcase and no refund and very little communication. It's probably understaffing, but starting to be concerned that it could be fraud.
