Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Henderson

Very disappointed-and have tried to submit feedback on the official page but it bounces back.Had appointment on Saturday that went well ordered $460 worth of product.Woke the next day after eye test to find a very sore left eye - badly bloodshot - sent email - quick response - went back in yesterday- told over the phone twice it would be free of charge. Had another test and when I pointed out it could have been an eye piece pushed onto the eye - no proper response.Gave me drops then proceeded to try and charge me .I refused and asked for the manager - as they said optometrist was free and now not the drops.He came out I said no one apologised- he said he had on the phone but I felt like no one really cared or took responsibility. Had to take tomorrow off work which I told them as my eye is very sore and looks terrible .

The new location has more space and offers hearing test plus free consultation as well. It's a good service. Staff is friendly and polite.

I am very happy with staff and Optometrist. I am extremely disappointed with lack of options when comes to frames. A very little range.

I was having second thoughts posting this because I know people make mistakes, but at this point my girl needs her glasses for a test shes due to sit soon & also a lesson learnt for someone like me, who should have called in earlier to avoid any more delays.We have been waiting over a month now for her glasses to arrive, so I decided to ring in, only to be told that the order was not even sent in & I may need to wait another 2 weeks.Im so disappointed, my girl may not even be able to sit an important test next week but I thought to jump on here and mention if you have been waiting well over 2 weeks, don't wait any longer & double check that they've processed your order because they won't have it sent out immediately for you even if they did stuff up your order or you've been waiting well over the time you needed to wait.

Very helpful team in a fresh, new store. Welcomed upon arrival for my appointment by Su, who then guided me through my pre test procedures efficiently and reassuringly. I can't remember the name of the optometrist but he was also fantastic. And lastly Sean helped me choose some new frames, with good recommendations and honest feedback. Really enjoyed the whole experience here from start to finish, definitely recommend for your eyecare needs.

It was my first eye test and consultation with the team @ Specsavers Henderson.I had Yoo Jin (optometrist) and she made me feel so comfortable and explained everything very clearly to me; it felt like we were just having a normal conversation she didn’t make me feel tense or intimidated at all.I was also looked after by Sean, he helped me picked the right frames for me; he was so easy going and our time just flowed, he wasn’t pushy or anything, he made me feel comfortable and excited to come back.I also was looked after by a lovely girl at the front which I quite didn’t remember her name. But she was so welcoming and so cheerful when she took the pictures of my eyes she made me feel so settled.The 3 people that looked after me made me feel like we were friends just having a catch up.Thank you Specsavers team @ Henderson I can’t wait to see you all again when I come and pick up my frames.

Sean, Yoo Jin helped me on Saturday. He was very professional and helpful. I had a great experience.

Great service, professional and friendly. No pressure to renew prescription but provided all the information I needed and I made the decision. I liked the introduction of the hearing test before my eye health test. Staff are great.
