I went there this morning but was annoyed with the way this Indian woman employee talks. I did not get her name but she was the only Indian in the store amongst an Asian and another male. So rude and snaps at me like she hates me or herself or life as a whole. These kinds of people should NOT be working in the customer services field because they clearly lack politeness. If you are angry don’t take it out on the customers just LEAVE get another job!

Great if you want to look for a new phone. However wait times to talk to staff is normally quite bad. They Don't stock their vodafone modems. Which was annoying as the vodafone person i talked to (general number as stores also dont have seperate numbers to call direct) told me all stores stock them. Could have saved me a trip.

Nadia was excellent!!! She was friendly, bubbly and genuine. She helped us with our issue efficiently and with great patience and kindness. When we were struggling with Vodafone customer service on the phone, she took over and spoke with them and sorted the problem for us. She is amazing at what she does and I think someone should know that.

Got a tv box and with them discontinued the refund option are unfair and just punish you if you've been a longer customer with them.Disappointed!
