One of the advisor called me because she was interested in my resume, the interview went very good and she contacted my referees. They are all overseas and it was hard for them to fill in the form in English but they did it. Two weeks and emails later, still no news from Madison so I called. The advisor I saw had quit her job without transferring my folder. So I did not had the job and my referees filled in the form for nothing and were not very happy about that. In conclusion: waste of time, angry referees and no job.

Lydia made sure I was kept in the loop every step of the way, shared in my excitement, helped negotiate a great salary, etc. I really felt supported. Thanks, Lydia!

Madison recruitment gave misinformation about salary and hourly pay which has effected at least nearly 30 of us so far. They have refused to take accountability which is NOT okay. Many people here are at a loss because they left hometowns and salaries which paid similar to the original offer or more. Its gotten to the point where we've all had to get the union involved. Hope no one else has to go through this with madison again. Seems like theyre just trying to get as many people as possible recruited for their own company/personal benefit. If you do go through them try have written confirmation via email etc. as they do everything via phonecall as if to not leave any written evidence behind. seems dodgy to us!

Madison don't seem to care about the employees at all. Madison tries to recruit as many people as they can to the company's own benefit, When they take part of our wages. The Staff at Madison take forever to respond to Emails regarding simple situations such as annual leave or sick leave. The staff at Madison are quiet arrogant, who tend to always speak down to the stuff the Employ.Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star rating if I could I would like to give a negative.

Waste of time and energy. Trust me.I have gone through all four phases of interview for the job I applied but no body contacted me even after more than one month now.They only reply your emails initially.Unprofessional and unethical people there.

Kate Godfrey is the best! Very professional, listened attentively to my concerns, never spoke or acted like she's better than everyone else unlike some other recruiter I spoke to from another agency whose dismissive attitude was off-putting & was so out of touch with the issues older people face when job hunting. Recruiters are busy so I don't expect them to always be available but Kate's very approachable & always ready to answer questions. Jenna and Renee are equally awesome!

Just the worst. I got the job for Madison but from day one they were just mean. I kept on bringing up what was going on and how I was getting miss treated but they really didn't care. I later found out through other management that trainers were told to go harder on me. They later fired me on a biases that they couldn't even prove. Leaving me jobless. They also provided fake information and with held my last pay even after knowing that I was struggling. Madison made pretty much 0 effort to keep me employed and I'm not even sure why they brought me on.I'd stay clear Madison don't care about their staff and only care about just getting as many people into a job regardless on if it's a good idea or not.

Give Felicity a raise. She not only picked up where a predecessor left off, but devoted significant time for my benefit. Although I didn't end up going ahead with the job opportunity, Felicity should be lauded for her work ethic. Please also thank Alison for her swift responses and excellent communication.

Lauren has been a absolutely amazing, such a lovely person and she was able to get me an interview 2 days after our initial one which led to a job. Follow up messages and calls on how the job is going!
