Andrew serviced 3x heat pumps for us. Excellent price compared to the other two quotes I got. He fit me in the same afternoon I called! Great job, lounge A/C is working so much better and our daughters A/C has stopped vibrating and shuddering.

We got a heat pump installed and couldn't be happier. From getting the quote through to the install service was awesome. Not the easiest install but they did a great job and fulfilled my wish of no capping in the hallway plus as an extra bonus they reattached a light switch that we have been meaning to screw in for ages (thankyou!). Andrew and his team are simply awesome. They are very punctual and very professional. I got a Mitsubishi electric multi split heat pump installed for three of my bedroom and the job they did was impeccable. And above all the price he gave me was the best. I had taken quotes from lot of other vendors but no once could beat his price.And to top it, his team even serviced my old heat pump for free though I never asked for one.Thank you so much.

Had a couple of guys at my place last week for a Panasonic inverter clean:They were early ,which I appreciate because punctuality is professional in my opinion.These two employees are a credit to their business, the job was completed in the stated time to a very high standard, they were responsive to my questions aswell as polite.I will definitely be using top lane again in the future.Top Lane, top job lads.

Andrew and the team provide a professional and affordable service.We needed our Panasonic heatpumps services and outside ducting repaired. Andrew and Fred arrived on the agreed time and were professional and friendly.They have a passion for the work as they repaired the outside ducting to a better state then the original installation with was done by a different company. Andrew and Fred repaired / installed more pipe insulation than initially quoted and did not charge more for it. They wanted the job done right.The team then cleaned the inside units and our 10 year old Panasonic heatpump units look very clean and smell fresh; and I also believe are working better now.I can't recommend Top Lane Traders enough! :)
