The Congregational Christian Church of Samoa hired Fair & Square Building Services Limited to construct a new manse for our Minister and family at 149 Owen St Newtown. We had the recommendation of our architect and QS who advised that Fair and Square was a well respected Construction Company in the Wellington District, that they were competitive in the small to medium project sector and are experienced low / medium rise construction builders and project managers. Their track record in completing projects is very good. All this advice proved to be true. Fair and Square provided advice during the design phase to ensure we got value for money in the products and subcontractors used. F&S met with the project team and provided project updates every 3 to 4 weeks during the construction period. At the end of the construction schedule F&S negotiated the delays and constraints of the first Covid lockdown with minimal impact for the Church as the client.
